We offer free pregnancy tests , free limited OB (pregnancy) ultrasounds , and we also have medically accurate information that we believe is essential to learn before choosing an abortion. For your safety, we recommend getting an ultrasound before getting an abortion, specifically the abortion pill.
We also offer a safe and confidential space to weigh all of your options.

Yes- if you are wanting a pregnancy test or to talk to someone. If you are wanting an ultrasound, we recommend you schedule an appointment so we can make sure to have the availability and staffing necessary to accommodate your needs.

We always encourage our clients to bring a safe support person to any and every appointment. If you choose to bring the father of the baby, we have services he is welcome to utilize as well.

No. When we say all of our services are free, we mean it. We do not bill at all, nor are we set up to bill for our services. You will not receive a bill from us in any form.

The medical grade pregnancy tests our center uses are 99% accurate per the manufacturer’s performance characteristics.

We provide medical grade urine tests, run in a clinical setting by trained staff, and you will be able to receive the results in the same appointment.

Legally in the state of NM, you are not required to have an ultrasound before an abortion, however if you are not 100% accurate on your dates or that you are pregnant, or if the pregnancy is viable or intrauterine vs ectopic, the safest option for your health and safety is to get an ultrasound. Our ultrasounds are free and there is no reason you should not get one!

Yes! Under NM law, people under 18 have the right to confidential reproductive healthcare. We will not share any of your information with anyone including your parents. Along those lines, we recommend you talk to someone who you trust if you don’t feel you can do so with your parents.
